1.  What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.  

2.  Is my credit card safe to use on your site?

Absolutely, Lavishway.com meets all six standards of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).  Additionally, we meet the latest SSL encryption standards to make sure all user data is encrypted and secured at checkout.

3.  How can I track my order?

You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received.  You will receive a second email with your tracking information after your order has been processed.  Processing takes about 1-3 business days.

4.  How long will it take to ship to my country?

Please refer to our Shipping Guide for more info on shipping times. 

5.  If I order multiple items will they be shipped together?

Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses.  The items will be shipped separately as we want you to receive your order as fast as possible. 

6.  Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please double check your order and all shipping info before placing an order.  Mistakes happen, if there is a mistake in your order info please email us immediately at Shop@lavishway.com .  We cannot cancel or modify an order after it has been shipped.   

7.  What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty please contact us immediately at Shop@lavishway.com.  Please include your order number and a picture of the incorrect/faulty item.  

8.  What if my order is undeliverable?

You will be contacted if we are notified of an undeliverable item.  You will have the option of having the item reshipped or having your order refunded.  Refunds due to undeliverable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover lost shipping costs.

9.  What is your return policy? 

We offer a 30 day return window on all products.  If you are unsatisfied with an item, please send an email to Shop@lavishway.com to initiate a return.  The buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees for returned items.

10. Taxes, Duties, and Fees

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer.
